The Home Crowd Has Never Looked This Good

Sport is more than a game in South Africa – it’s a heartbeat. From the roar of stadium crowds to the laughter around a backyard braai, it’s a culture built on connection, pride, and community.

K-Way is channelling that energy into something new: the K-Way Supporters Club – a community-powered initiative for fans of every sport, every code, and every corner of the country. As part of the launch, the Club has unveiled the Supporters Capsule, a first-of-its-kind, limited-edition collection designed for life on and off the field.

From Magents collab tees and bucket hats to stadium-ready jackets, fleece, and accessories, the Supporters Capsule is proudly local, versatile, and built for the outdoors. Picture it on city streets, in fan zones, during park runs, or at post-match meetups. Crafted with K-Way’s signature durability, comfort, and attention to detail, it’s gear that performs – whether you’re chasing the ball or just cheering from the sidelines.

The launch kicked off at Benchwarmers Sports Bar in Rosebank, Johannesburg, on Saturday, 5 July – less a product drop and more a culture drop – where fans, friends, and first-timers showed up layered, loud, and ready.

Fronting the movement are four exciting ambassadors: rugby’s Ntokozo Makhaza, hockey’s Hans Neethling, netball star Jo Prins, and cricket legend JP Duminy. Together, they embody the Club’s vision of celebrating South Africa’s sporting soul and the people who live it.

The Supporters Capsule is now available online and at select Cape Union Mart stores – but this is just the first chapter. The bigger play? Building something national, inclusive, and distinctly local.
