Our first Five @ Five guest, singer and songwriter Ipeleng, recently gifted us a new music video for drowning/reminisce that premiered on the 15th of November on MTV Base South Africa. Produced by Ipeleng herself and Section 9 Africa these visuals take us on a stroll down the wet sands on the beach with Ipeleng hand in hand with an alluring woman wrapped in a blue breeze silk dress.
The video is beautifully shot with subtle earth tones throughout accompanied by Ipeleng’s feathery voice singing in an indie & alternative tune. While we still await more body of works and more visuals from her that will be a follow up from her perfectly curated and compiled EP titled, Unsolicited let’s immerse ourselves in these smash-up songs and the visuals.
