Castle Lite Unlocks is one of the most anticipated musical experiences in the country. The 2020 unlocks experience with Cardi B was one of the most anticipated thus far, but when covid 19 unexpectedly found itself in our region, Castle Lite had no choice but to postpone it to 2021.
Castle Lite just released another statement saying that the Castle Lite Unlocks that was supposed to be headlined by Cardi B is now canceled due to the rapidly growing number of cases and deaths. On their statement they mentioned that;
“we originally postponed Castle Lite Unlocks to 2021 in the hopes that we would be in a better place in our fight against the Covid-19. However with the second wave and the rise in cases, Castle Lite strongly believes that it would be an act of grave irresponsibility to move forward with the experience. We all have to do our part to stop the virus from spreading.”
For those who had already purchased tickets to the unlocks experience will get their money back and they promise to make it up to everyone when it’s safe again and when all the restrictions are lifted.
“If you purchased tickets using a Credit Card or Ozow, your refund will be processed automatically. However, if you purchased them by EFT or in-store, you’ll need to send your details (banking info and transaction reference number) to info@ticketpros.co.za.”
